Shipping & Returns Policy

We deliver handcrafted three-piece luxury ensembles safely and securely to your doorstep across Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Timelines & Shipping Charges

All orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and handed over to our verified courier partners (Steadfast / Pathao / Paperfly) on the same working day.

Inside Dhaka Metro: Delivered within 24–48 hours. Standard rate: ৳60.
Outside Dhaka (All 64 Districts): Delivered within 3–5 business days. Standard rate: ৳120.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to adore your three-piece outfit. If there is a size mismatch, defect, or incorrect piece dispatched:

Notify our team within 48 hours of receiving the parcel by contacting Support or calling our hotline.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging intact.
If the defect or mismatch is on our end, return courier fees will be fully covered by N Collections.
For size preference exchanges, a return delivery fee of ৳70 (inside Dhaka) or ৳130 (outside Dhaka) applies.
