1. Ordering & Stock Reservation

When you proceed to checkout from the shopping bag or quick checkout drawer:

• Stock is temporarily reserved for up to 45 minutes while you finalize payment or submit your cash on delivery order.
• If the checkout is not completed within 45 minutes, reserved stock is automatically returned to the public boutique inventory.
• An order is officially confirmed once our order management desk performs a quick verification phone call.

2. Authentic Craft & Color Representations

Each ensemble at N Collections is crafted with authentic artisanal fabrics (Mul Silk, Lawn, Georgette, Organza, and Chiffon).

• Product photography is captured under controlled studio lighting. Minor variations (up to 5%) in hue or embroidery texture may occur due to screen calibration and handmade dye processes.
• Fabric care recommendations provided on the product page (dry cleaning for silks, gentle cold wash for lawns) must be followed to maintain fabric longevity.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT) and are inclusive of standard applicable taxes. Delivery fees are clearly stated at checkout before order confirmation.
